Sudoku puzzle is a very fun to play game, but can be tricky and confusing initially. The objective of the Sudoku puzzle is to fill in every empty cell in the 3x3 sections with the digits 1 to 9, and make sure all rows and columns of the 9x9 puzzle have the digit 1-9 only once.
Tips for solving a Sudoku Puzzle:
  1. you can't have the same digit in any row, column, or nine-square cell; you can use that to help you get a digit. The difficulty of the Sudoku depends on the assignment of the digits given to you in the puzzle.
  2. At first look for definite digits that are certainly going to be in that cell. Starting from 1, draw fictional lines through cells in that 1's row and column. When there is only one cell left in the 3x3 cell, you know will identify that that is a definite.
  3. Since you have filled in some digits, this would help you get other digits that had more than one probability previously.
  4. If you get stuck, take a look at every cell and make sure that digits are placed correctly.Still if you are not able to find the problem, start labeling every cell with every digit that could possibly be placed in that cell.
  5. Start solving the newspaper Sudoku. They are usually easier on Monday and Tuesday. As the week passes the difficulty of the puzzle increases.
